AHA CPR/First Aid class
Hatzalah Chicago is proud to be an American Heart Association Training Center for First Aid and CPR. We are able to schedule courses at our location for Healthcare professionals, teachers, and the general public. Please reach out to CPR@HatzalahChicago.org to discuss your CPR Training needs.
Student First Responders
AHA CPR & First Aid training is critical for schools looking to empower their students to make a difference. A Student First Responder club is a group of students in a school that function under good Samaritan rules to be the bridge between an emergency occurring and until EMS arrives on scene. The students learn leadership, teamwork, accountability in addition to the basic life-saving skills.
Bystander CPR Demonstrations
In conjunction with our Student First Responders, Hatzalah will set up CPR Practice stations at community events and gatherings. This gives people who are already certified an opportunity to practice and everyone else an opportunity to learn more about CPR as well.
Seasonal Safety PSA
Everyone does their best to ensure the safety of their family and Hatzalah Chicago is here to bring awareness to common issues that we encounter throughout the year, such as: Bike & Helmet Safety, Swimming Safety Rules, Summertime Hydration Reminders, & Chanukah Menorah Lighting Tips.
